Public contact route
Use the public issue tracker to report a factual error, stale detail, broken link, accessibility problem, or source concern. Anyone can read a public issue.
What to include
- The nologs.guide URL affected by the issue.
- The exact sentence, link, table entry, or metadata field in question.
- A short explanation and a public source when one is available.
A clear report is easier to verify. No Logs does not promise a response or resolution deadline.
Do not post private or transaction data
Do not include wallet addresses, transaction hashes tied to your identity, order IDs, access credentials, recovery phrases, personal documents, email addresses, or private correspondence in a public issue.
The repository does not currently identify a private support email or private form. Until a confirmed private channel exists, keep sensitive information out of the contact process.
External orders and service support
No Logs does not run checkout, custody funds, or process external orders. If you followed a call to action through /open, contact the external provider through the support route shown by that provider. No Logs cannot inspect an order or change its status.
Legal contact status
The repository does not contain a confirmed legal operator name, postal address, jurisdiction, or formal legal-service contact. The public issue tracker is not a registered office and should not be treated as a formal service address.
