Bridge or transparent DEX route
A bridge or DEX can move USDC or change networks. It does not automatically create pooled separation, delayed payout, or a no-retention order model.
A useful USDC ranking must separate network support, token correctness, timing, quote clarity, issuer boundaries, and service-side retention. We publish one current recommendation instead of padding the list with unverified names or invented scores.
XuanXi is the only route on this shortlist because its public flow exposes asset, network, amount, payout wallet, mode, one-time address, expiry, and order tracking. The provider declares no logs and no KYC. That does not prove backend deletion or guarantee anonymity; it gives the recommendation a reproducible public basis.
The route must name the USDC network and token it accepts instead of hiding behind a generic multi-chain claim.
Amount, one-time deposit address, payout network, wallet, mode, expiry, and expected cost should be visible before payment.
An account-free interface reduces identity collection, but backend retention still needs a bounded evidence statement.
Best fit for a user who already knows the input network, has a fresh compatible payout wallet, and wants the full route locked before deposit. No Logs Guide can inspect the public flow and policy; it cannot independently prove every backend retention action.
A bridge or DEX can move USDC or change networks. It does not automatically create pooled separation, delayed payout, or a no-retention order model.
Useful for trading, custody, or fiat access; poorly matched to a user whose primary job is reducing retained service-side linkage.
Balanced and Undetectable percentages are privacy-mode add-ons. Network cost, route price, and payout belong in the current order, not a permanently copied table.

All seven variants returned recv=true and send=true in the public route list on 19 July 2026. A current order still controls actual availability.
Required inputs, public policy, order-state behavior, and any independent proof must agree.
The live asset, network, token variant, and payout destination must be explicit before deposit.
Speed-first and delayed modes should be separate choices with real minimums and windows.
Mode price, network cost, minimum, and final payout should not be collapsed into one headline fee.
Issuer controls, public-chain visibility, legal context, and user-side wallet hygiene must remain visible.
No Logs Guide receives no referral fee, commission, paid placement, or other compensation from this route. We document it because our team, partners, and clients use it for privacy-oriented exchanges involving lawfully held funds. XuanXi controls the order, custody period, payout, availability, and current terms.
The current shortlist contains one route: XuanXi. It exposes USDT and USDC selection, seven active USDC network variants, three privacy modes, a one-time order flow, and order-ID tracking. Its no-logs and no-KYC positions are provider declarations; the infrastructure has not been independently audited by No Logs Guide.
